Custom business software
Full systems when almost-right tools still cost you a shift.
I build custom business software specific to how one company runs. Login, roles, the core workflow, and hooks into the systems you already pay for.

01
Scoped to one job first
v1 is a sharp workflow staff will open on Monday. Expansion comes from use, not a platform roadmap.
02
Roles that match the team
Managers, floor staff, and contractors see what they need. Not everyone as admin.
03
Integrate, do not duplicate
Your CRM, POS, or billing system stays the record. The custom system is the control layer.
Systems I build instead of another subscription
Operations consoles
Scheduling, approvals, or inventory views that generic products almost cover and still force extra tabs.
Partner or customer portals
Self-service intake, status, and documents without sending PDF instructions from a shared inbox.
Venue ops software
At a high-volume bar/restaurant, a POS-connected inventory system replaced hours of manual counts.
How a custom system project runs
- 01
Workflow mapping
Shadow the current path. Name roles, data sources, and what v1 will not include.
- 02
Vertical slice
Ship the thinnest path from login to a finished job in staging for real users.
- 03
Harden and handoff
Add edge cases, monitoring, and training. Phase two comes from usage, not a whiteboard.

Short answers.
When should I buy SaaS instead of building custom software?
Buy it when a product already matches the job and your team will actually use it. Build when you are paying for three tools and still exporting CSVs to bridge the gaps.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Hosting, analytics, and credentials sit on accounts you control. I am not the landlord of your system.
Is this the same as a custom web application?
Same operator, overlapping work. The custom web application page is the longer engineering page for portals and internal tools. This page is the shorter buyer page for a full custom system.
